Calculation method
Emission per unit are calculated based on Höegh Autoliners actual performance data and calculated in accordance with ISO14083. The calculation of carbon intensities have been validated by DNV.
How does the Emission Calculator work?
To get your Carbon Emissions calculated, you just need the following:
- Loading port
- Discharge port
- Weight in Kg(s)
- Volume in M3(s)
- Number of units
Disclaimer
As part of our Höegh Autoliners commitment to carbon-efficient deep sea RoRo service, Höegh Autoliners has developed a greenhouse gas calculator. The calculator estimates the greenhouse gasses (CO2-equivalents) for a shipment made with Höegh Autoliners. The CO2e footprint is expressed in WTW a (Well to Wake) and takes into account the full life cycle emissions of the fuel consumed. Please note that the emission calculations are for indication only and might deviate from the actual emission profile of shipments.
